Terms of Service

SubSort is a service currently in beta version development. This service is a web application that provides subscription game information for Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus, and offers game tracking and curation features to logged-in users.

This service is under development and is not a commercial service. Therefore, we do not guarantee the stability, continuity, or accuracy of the data.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

This service provides the following features:

• View Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus game lists
• Provide Metacritic scores and time to beat information
• Game search and filtering functions
• Login (Google account or email magic link) and game tracking and curation features

Login is optional; you can view, search, and filter game data without logging in. Personal information collected and used at login is governed by the Privacy Policy.

1. Age

Account creation and login for this service are intended for users aged 13 or older. However, if the country in which you reside sets a higher minimum age for consent to the processing of personal data, you must be at least that age.

2. Account

You must create and use your account yourself, and you are responsible for activities carried out through your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account menu, and upon deletion, the related data is immediately and permanently deleted.

This service is a demo site under development and may be discontinued or changed without notice. We do not guarantee the continuity, stability, or availability of the service.

2. Data Accuracy

Game information, Metacritic scores, time to beat, and other data are for reference only. We do not guarantee accuracy or currency. Please check official websites for accurate information.

3. Relationship with Third-Party Services

This service has no official partnership with Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation, Metacritic, etc. It is an unofficial service that simply references publicly available information.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service. Users must use this service at their own judgment and responsibility.

Rights to SubSort's own content, including UI design, layout, and text, belong to SubSort.

2. Game-Related Information

Game information, logos, and trademarks provided through this service belong to their respective game publishers and rights holders. SubSort does not claim any rights over these.

3. Usage Guidelines

Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of this service's content is subject to copyright protection.

1. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as needed for service operations. Updated terms take effect upon posting within the service.

2. Continued Use After Changes

If you continue to use the service after changes to the terms, you are considered to have agreed to the updated terms.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any related disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Korean courts. However, if you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
